Burr Ridge Veterinary Clinic was founded in December 1975 by Dr. Richard Velders, and has been AAHA accredited since 1992. Dr. Velders’ clientele base continued to grow with the clinic’s reputation for compassionate care. Since our inception, we have continued to develop that reputation among clients and fellow veterinarians as a clinic that offers the highest levels of patient advocacy and compassionate care.
Over the years, we’ve assembled a dedicated team of veterinary professionals who remain committed to providing the highest quality medical care available. We pride ourselves on being kind, understanding and delivering top of the line care within a family atmosphere. The majority of our staff has worked here over 10 years and view their work as their passion, not just a job. Our goal is to not only deliver top-notch animal health care services, but also to educate our clients so you can understand the benefits of preventative health care and the many comprehensive services we offer.
At Burr Ridge Veterinary Clinic, we seek to understand each client’s needs and the uniqueness of their pet. We value the special bond that pet parents have with their “furry children”. We strive to deliver all of our services with a smile on our face and compassion in our hearts. Our incredibly helpful veterinary team will try to exceed your clients’ expectations with every interaction. Our patients include dogs, cats, pocket pets, birds, reptiles and exotics.
Over the past 40 years, the BRVC has seen a great response to our brand of compassionate veterinary care within the surrounding community. Our doctors and dedicated support staff are committed to our mission and the vision developed by Dr. Velders in 1975 and we will continue to offer our clients and their pets the very best in veterinary counseling and care for as long as we are here.
At Burr Ridge Veterinary Clinic, we are building relationships through healthy pets.
