Golden Retriever Lifetime Study

Dr. Jeffrey D. Palmer, DVM is a partnering veterinarian of the Golden Retriever Lifetime Study, the largest and most comprehensive observational study ever attempted in veterinary medicine in the U.S. The Study’s researchers are working to identify the factors associated with the development of cancer and other major diseases in golden retrievers. Identifying and understanding these risks is the first step toward better prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases.
